Inside ADHD

An experiential simulation of attention

This is not a game that asks you to focus better. It is a system that constantly asks for your attention.

Tasks appear, rewards flash, distractions interrupt, and time does not always move in a steady way.

What You Will Experience

You may feel pulled in multiple directions at once. Switching tasks can feel necessary, yet staying with one task for too long may feel uncomfortable.

Fragmented attention visual

Adults with ADHD show a considerable clear attention profile in terms of inattention deficits, higher distractibility to irrelevant stimuli, difficulties to manage multiple simultaneous sources of information, significant variability of reaction time, and a general profile of slower processing speed.
